Invitation only / Ages 11-College
   
   Johnny Allen personally oversees and runs this training "work"shop for extremely motivated and talented young tournament players, with dreams of college and professional tennis. The primary focus of this class is match play, learning to compete and win through advanced strategy in singles and doubles. This class will build the confidence in their game through video analysis for proper technique and stroke production.

   Emphasizing overall athleticism and core strength, players will also improve their agility, explosion and balance through intensive fitness drills and exercises. Mental toughness training, through visualization and emotional management, will also be explored. This will give the players the edge they will need to perform their best under pressure.
